Ing.: 0.6 lb veal cutlet, 2 fresh firm large tomatoes, 1 small green pepper, 1 cup diced eggplant, 4 medium onions, 1/4 lb fat. Recipe: Dice fat smaller and put in baking tray. Add onions which have been cut into quarters. Also add quartered tomatoes, eggplant and salt and allspice or black pepper to taste. Broil it in oven. Serve on open Syrian bread.
